Is Now More Important for New Year Resolutions Than the Start of January?

Why Glasgow Man Club is What You Need Right Now

So we are fast approaching the end of January.
Hopefully you are still on track with those health and fitness goals, you set with such determination and focus just 4 weeks ago?
Or maybe you’ve passed pay day and had a blew out at the weekend and decided the gym ‘isn’t for you’ or ‘ I tried, but didn’t get any results’ or ‘it’s too boring, tedious and time consuming’ maybe one or more o f these hits home with you or you’ve got another reason to stop.

The end of January is a massive time for people giving up on their resolutions, especially if you’ve not got noticed any results, hated the whole thing or just got bored but it doesn’t need to be that way.
You see at Glasgow Man Club not only do we focus on getting YOU results, we make it more enjoyable, more varied, with higher levels of motivation, inspiration and accountability for those days you just want to stop and give it up for another year.
Why not let us show you how 2019 can be the year you actually get the results you want, find that place you love to go to and train?
Below I have listed 7 reasons why you should consider joining us at GMC and why now is the best time to do it.
1. It’s the end of January, you set out a goal and started on the road to achieving it. You’ve hit the first stumbling block, whether boredom, lack of results, maybe lack of knowledge as how to actually get those results. Whatever it is, GMC can and will help you get past these stumbling blocks, show you how to get your results.

2. Training on your own can be boring, it requires extra motivation. It’s easy to miss a session, which leads to missing another until you aren’t doing anything. Being part of a team, working in a group gives you that motivation, that accountability to turn up. Leading to higher consistency which leads to greater and faster results.

3. Teaching you new methods, coaching you to better technique. It’s not about sessions that are just a beasting, we aim to help you move correctly, move better lift well, while still progressing on that fitness and strength journey.

4. Limited numbers in sessions. As much as training yourself can be boring. Training in large groups it’s easy to become lost, just a number, the coach not able to give you personal coaching points as they just become the ringleader, the voice at the front. We limit numbers so you still get plenty of personal coaching.

5. With large group classes it can sometimes be difficult to work on technique with individual exercises. At GMC we run technique classes starting with the most used exercises, squats, deadlifts etc so you can get coaching on these without restraints of being in the middle of a session.

6. Training with a group of like minded men, is something that you may miss from the days you played team sports, football, rugby etc. That changing room banter and spirit that you definitely don’t get at larger corporate gyms. At GMC we are a team, we all work together to become a stronger unit. A musketeer attitude of all for one, one for all.

7. Your place, where you can spend time with mates?
Back in the day, when we wanted to hang out with our mates the options were – meet at the pub or well that was it. Spend an hour or two rabbling away about life. Yes you can still do that, but times have changed, you’ve changed. You want more than just going to the pub to find your wee space. (and you can only stay in the toilet for so long) Space that men need, your shed as it were. Somewhere you feel a part of, somewhere you belong to and it belongs to you.

Hopefully you can see why Glasgow Man Club would work for you.
Why you actually need a place like Glasgow Man Club and why I created GMC HQ to fill the void missing in so many Men’s lives.

We are starting a new month’s trial (instead of the usually 90 day membership) on the week beginning 4th February.
